Fanspiration Diva Dare ~ Day 3

Good morning friends!  Maureen here, bringing you Day 3 of the Fanspiration Diva Dare!   This month, we "dare" you to show us your new creations inspired by projects made by Verve fans!  You can pick any little Verve project to inspire you, as long as it is not by one of our design team members (or yourself!) {grin}.  To get your wheels a turnin', the Divas will be posting their Fanspiration creations using our newly released products right here each weekday for the next week and a bit :)  Let's get to my projects.  Yes, I have two because y'all are too fabulous and I couldn't narrow it down any further!  I was totally smitten with Vickie's gift bag from the ABC Release Challenge last month and wanted to turn her layout into a card.  You can see her sample HERE.

I've use the Ribbon Banner die for all 3 banners and the new Thatched Banner stamp for the middle one :)  That big, bold sentiment is the new Birthday to You Plain Jane, a must have (just sayin')!  My next project HAD to have treats! LOL  Lori's sweet little Back to School treat bags (link to her project HERE) were the perfect inspiration for little surprises my classroom pod colleagues found on their desks yesterday.  You see, it was our first Monday back to work AND the first LONG staff meeting.

As sweet these pencils and bags were, I felt Cookies 'n Cream Kisses were also necessary to get through the first Monday Staff Meeting.  And YES, there were some left after the photo shoot! LOL  (I bought extra! LOL)

I needed four bags so I mixed and matched some of the new mini label dies (mini bookplate, mini vintage ovalmini classy label) with the Pennant Trim die (another must have IMHO!).  I needed an encouraging sentiment for the bags so I dug out "Hang in There" from Always on My Mind to pair with "Happy Thoughts" from the new With Love.  I also stamped the adorable tiny doodle flower from Doodled Occasions to fill in the white space left on the die cuts.  Enter that fabulous Arrow die and images from Brighter Days.  Arrows are everywhere and I love the way they bring your attention to urgent messages!

How fun is this Dare?  Don't know where to start?   Head over to the Verve Fan Gallery to peruse some projects, pick one then join in the fun...here are the details...
