May 2016 New Release Spotlight Hops Day 3

Welcome back to Day 3 of Verve's May Spotlight Hops!  It's RELEASE DAY!  Hooray!  I'm always so excited to finally press that publish button on the website.  Everything we've been sharing this week is now available for purchase in the Verve online store and through the end of May, it's all on sale 25% off!

We're putting on one last hop this week to share our first looks with the new products and there's a BIG prize today... one lucky person who comments along the hop will win the ENTIRE release!  So let's get to it!

It's designer's choice today, so you're sure to see some inspiring things as you hop about.  I couldn't wait to use the Love Everlasting set again.

I inked up the heart with pool party ink, then the lower half with pacific point and embossed with clear embossing powder and cut with the coordinating Everlasting Heart Die Set.  I used the same process for the Jeremiah 31:3 verse, cutting it with the Stitched Pennants Die Set.

A bit of designer paper, a pop of pacific point and a seam binding bow finish things off.

May 2016 Spotlight Hop Day 2

First up in the spotlight today is a brand new set called Love Everlasting. Last summer both my parents and my in-laws celebrated their 50th anniversaries.  While trying to make cards for them from my stash I realized nothing said exactly what I wanted to say.... your love is so inspiring.  So I tucked away an idea to work on a meaningful wedding/anniversary/love set and Love Everlasting was born.

Love Everlasting is a set of 13 clear photo polymer stamps that will retail for $24. It includes an elegant flowery heart, a solid heart duo and a collection of beautiful sentiments perfect for celebrating the glorious thing we call love.

Everlasting Heart Die Set is the coordinating die set for Love Everlasting.  It includes dies to cut out both of the heart images in the set. This set of 2 steel dies will retail for $12.

Also in the spotlight today is a brand new sequin mix, the Copper Blush Sequin Mix. In my comings and goings this spring, I've seen coral just about everywhere and thought it would be fun to sprinkle a little into my crafting. So I created this beautiful mix of coral and copper sequins.  This sequin mix will retail for $2.25.
