Inspired By Nature

We just returned home from a trip through Yellowstone National Park. Late Fall is my absolute favorite time to visit there...there are hardly any people and the animals are out in abundance! One thing that really made an impression on me this visit, it the amazing colors!! Not just the colorful Fall leaves, or the deep greens of the trees...but how the water takes on an almost Aqua hue in the crisp cool mornings and the wide variety of muted greens that surround the water really "set it off". The morning we were leaving, a fresh blanket of pure white snow covered the amazing scenery, making me think of the coming Winter season. It was that very scene that inspired this card!

The finished size of this card is a 5 1/4" square. Although, most of these images come from the Winter Wonder set, I love that the snowflake circles from the Seasonal Circles set coordinate so well...giving me so many different options!

I hope that I have inspired you to take a look around at the amazing color palette that nature offers us!
