A 2017 Look Back Part 4

Hi friends, I'm here with another Look Back 2017 post. Scroll down or click here for previous installments.

In September, we released our very first digital set for sale as a trial. The Coffee Please DIGITAL Set was a huge success. I love fall and coffee, and while I was designing stamps for a later release, I had a bunch of extra designs that I thought made a super fun digital set.  For die cutting fun, the cups in this set can be cut with the Happiness in a Cup Die Set, Pumpkin Spice Die Set and Cup For All Seasons Die Set.

In October, the stamp set with a similar feel to Coffee Please released. Autumn Leaves and the Autumn Leaves Die Set are the perfect little fall combo. I love the little leaves and pumpkins.  For die cutting fun, the cup in this set can be cut with the Happiness in a Cup Die Set

I combined the Autumn Leaves set with the leafy sprays in the Autumn Blessings set for this card.

Thanks so much for looking back with us today. We'll be back with one more installment to finish out 2017! If you've seen something you like in one of these lookbacks, pop on over to the shop and pick it up at a great price. All stamps, dies and digitals are 35% off through January 3, 2018.

A 2017 Look Back Part 3

Hi Verve friends! I'm back with another look back at 2017. You can see the first two installments here and here.  In August, we celebrated our 10th Anni-VERVE-sary with the release of a collection of new and classic Verve sets.

First up was the fun all-occasion Bloom Brighter set and coordinating Blooming Die Set. Along with our celebration, we were so honored to have some of our fabulous Alumni Divas join us for our release.  It was such a fabulous delight working with these amazing artists again. I consider them all part of the Verve family.

This beauty is by Amy Sheffer.

And this pastel dream is by Amy Kolling

Our next featured set was the Cake & Candles set, a compilation of old favorites and brand new sentiments styled around a birthday theme.

This watercolored delight is by Tosh Leyendekker

And this perfect little layered creation is by Michelle Woerner

Our next set in the Anni-VERVE-sary release was the Scripture Medley 5 set, a long awaited new set of stylish scripture verses, with a couple stamps that had been retired from previous sets sprinkled in.

This rainbow CAS card is by Laurie Willison

And this mixed-media wonder is by Tiffany Solorio

Our final Anni-VERVE-sary release feature was the Little Ones set and Little Ones Die Set. This set combined some old favorite plain janes and re-envisioned baby images and sentiments in one adorable set.

Our amazing guest diva, Kelly Lunceford made these two adorable samples...

Thanks so much for taking another look back with us. Tune in again soon for the next installment! Until then, you can pick up some of these fabulous deals during our Good Buy 2017 Sale!

A 2017 Look Back Part 2

Hi Verve friends! I'm back again with another look back on 2017.  After getting my feet back in the release game in May, we added three new sets and two coordinating die sets in July.  They all had a coffee/tea theme, which is one of my favorite things to design around. A cup of coffee can always bring a smile to my face, even on the bleakest days.

First up was Always Time and the coordinating Kettle Time Die Set

I love the dainty little tea cups and the classic kettle.

Our next featured set was the Fill My Cup set, a set built around the theme of Jesus and coffee. This set coordinates with the Happiness in a Cup Die Set.

The third set in our July release was Happiness Is, a fun coffee-themed builder set and also coordinates with the Happiness in a Cup Die Set.

Such a fun release! Stay tuned for a look back at our 10th Anni-VERVE-sary release.

If you're looking to pick up any of these sets at a great discount, be sure to hop on over to the Verve shop where everything in-stock is 35% off through January 3, 2018.

Good Buy 2017 SALE and a Look Back

The end of December means year-end inventory counts are quickly approaching, and I like to do as little counting as possible so I can spend more time with my little guys!

So I've got some super Good Buys to share with you!

Go ahead and pick up a little something for yourself and share the love of handmade kindness with others throughout the new year! Sale valid on in-stock merchandise through January 3, 2018.

Looking back on 2017, Verve's creative year started a bit late, after a prolonged sickness for myself and my family. After a rough start to the year, I was so happy to finally release Butterfly Grace and the coordinating Graceful Butterflies Die Set in May 2017.

It's centered on grace and has some wonderful sentiments and scriptures along with beautiful butterfly imagery. A perfect combination.

Winter 2017 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and New Digi

It's beginning to look a lot like winter and that means it's time for the Winter 2017 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! Hooray! I just love seeing all the coffee/tea/cocoa inspired creations filling up the blogosphere during these hops. It's a busy time, but so much fun to see all the cups of cheer being lifted.

Verve is once again proud to be a hop Super Sponsor once again. We're providing one of the oh-so-many fabulous prizes up for grabs for those who link up a newly created WINTER themed coffee, tea or cocoa project over on the official Winter 2017 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop post.  The linkup is open through December 15, so I hope you have a fabulous week of getting inky!

In honor of the hop, I've designed another fun holiday coffee themed DIGITAL set and it's on SALE along with a bunch of other holiday and coffee themed products! It seems that all that's keeping me going these days is a little coffee and Christmas cheer, so that was the starting point for the set. The Running on Cheer DIGITAL Set just released this morning, so head on over to the Verve shop to check it out! And if you haven't seen our full line of digis yet, be sure to take a peek!

My card uses one of the smaller cups and the Running on coffee and Christmas cheer sentiment from the Running on Cheer DIGI. I printed them on my laser printer, colored with Copics and fussy cut the mug.  Some beautiful papers from Authentique make up the backdrop and I accented with a bit of ribbon, some red jingle bells and a glittery wooden snowflake tucked behind.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope y'all enjoy the hop!
