Font Focus Diva Inspirations Hop + Challenge

Hi Verve fans!  It's our second post of the day here on the Verve Blog, but we have some exciting news to share along with our monthly Diva Inspirations Hop and challenge!  It's a long post today, folks!  {grin}

Before I get to the hop info, I'm happy to announce we have a new face joining the ranks here at Verve.  When Verve started almost 7 years ago, it was totally my baby.  But then 2 years ago two energetic baby boys arrived and it seems there's nowhere near enough of me to go around!  While I'd love to spend my days sitting by the pool illustrating stamps, it's just not happening often enough.

So, I'm super excited to announce that Chaitali Narla will be joining the Verve team as an illustrator and release team Diva.  In working with her I can already tell she's one of the sweetest people on the planet and can find the good in any situation.  The world definitely needs more of that!  Chaitali has a style that totally fits the Verve vibe, but also brings something fresh and unique to the drawing board.  You'll be seeing some of her stamp designs later this summer.  In the meantime, you can check out her fun Iron Craft videos and blog posts.

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to be here and joining Verve! I am a self-taught illustrator but after papercrafting for almost 4 years, I felt the itch to make my own stamp designs :) Big thanks to Julee for giving me this opportunity! I live in Seattle with my husband where I am a software engineer by day and a craftaholic by night. Come visit me on my blog to know more about me!

Chaitali is participating in today's hop, so be sure to go say hey!

Along with our monthly Diva Inspirations blog hop, we're kicking off our May challenge.  That means more prizes! So in addition to leaving comments along the hop to be entered in our prize drawing, you can play along with the challenge and link up your creation for another chance to win some Verve-y goodness!
