October Project Parade - Day One

It's time for Verve's October Project Parade! This month's challenge is to use Embossing on your project. It can be either wet or dry embossing. . .or both! I am a HUGE fan of embossing. . .especially dry embossing with all of those Cuttlebug folders that make it so easy! I used the Friends Forever Cuttlebug folder for this card. I just LOVE those "wish" flowers. I paired them with a sentiment from Floral Whimsy, which is wet embossed. I added a little Dazzling Diamonds to the flowers for a little sparkle. Simple and quick!

We'd LOVE to see your embossed creations! Just upload your creation to this post by noon on Friday, October 24th. If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword VVPP07 so we don't miss your creations! A random participant will be drawn on October 25th to receive $15 in Verve Bucks to spend at the Verve Stamps store! Good luck and have fun!

  22. I used both types of embossing. Pulled out my old favorite Divine Swirls with my CB for the silver panel. I embossed with Iridescent Ice on the tree and snowflakes - much sparklier in person. The ornament is removable to use on the tree.
