In honor of the event, I made a quick little card using the Swirling Hearts and Small Packages sets...
I went old-school and stamped a tone on tone background with the small and large cupcakes from Small Packages. (No patterned paper was harmed in the making of this card!) Next I stamped the large cupcake in so saffron on barely banana and also in pool party on white. I hand cut and layered the two together, adding some glitzy enamel stars. The sentiment is also from Small Packages, punched out with a 1-1/8" circle and popped up over the frame from Swirling Hearts, which is cut with the Vintage Oval Die. A bit of ribbon finishes things off.
