First up in the spotlight today is a brand new set called Hip Hop Bunnies.

I love bunnies and Verve used to have quite a few sets featuring bunnies.  Sadly, over the years, they've all retired to make room for new goodies.  I was missing my bunny fix, so I had to remedy that! One bunny is an update of the bunny images formerly in Practically Perfect.  I cleaned up the lines a little to make it easier to paper piece, gave him/her some arms and made the bows separate stamps so one stamp could work for either girl or boy cards. The bunny with the big feet is another rendition of the bunny from the former Hoppy Easter set.  I felt he needed some arms to hide something behind his back and definitely some whiskers. Whiskers are pretty cute, don't ya think? The third bunny is a new little guy.  He reminds me of a stuffed bunny I had as a kid  And I'm pretty sure he loves carrots, because I had to design a carrot just for him. {grin}

The Bunny Hop Die Set is the coordinating die set for Hip Hop Bunnies.  The bows are exact cuts (with no border around the stamped image) so you can easily add them to the bunnies without it looking funny.  The bunny and carrots have a traditional white border around the stamped image when cut.  Since they're open dies, this makes it super easy to align with your stamped images.

I found myself always writing the phrase, welcome to the world little one inside of baby cards, so last year when my nephew was born, I designed this little sentiment for his card. I loved it so much I started just printing it to use in cards, then realize, hey, I totally need that as a stamp!  So here it the Welcome Plain Jane, a perfect little pairing with the bunnies in today's featured set.

Okay, if you're still with me, the hop starts over on my blog, Poetic Artistry! Come say hello!
