My Heart Is Yours...

Are you all just lovin' the new Verve stamps as much as I am? I don't think I've ever made as many Valentine's cards before! I can't put these sets down!

For this card, I used Vellum cardstock as my card base. I wanted a soft and almost "wispy" feel and I thought the vellum would work well for that. I stamped the larger outline hearts (from the new Heart to Heart set) in Soft Sky ink and cut it out. I then layered the smaller heart (after I had stamped and cut it out) on top with dimensional tape.
I created the circles by cutting and embossing them with my circle Nestabilities. Lastly, I added some Liquid Pearls in each of the scallops on the Vellum circle, red Rhinestones to the hearts, and a large decorative brad with some Soft Sky ribbon through it.
If you would like more ideas that will surely inspire you, make sure you check out the Verve Visual gallery! Also, make sure to stop back by here tomorrow...Kim will have a new project to share with you! ~Laurie
