Thankful Blossoms

Bethany:

Serendipity- The faculty of making fortunate discoveries by accident.

I had all the elements for this card ready. They were even stacked together waiting to be glued down. I picked up the flowered panel to add adhesive when serendipity struck. I liked the card better without the panel. A whole new look! So I'll share both versions with you today. I wanted it to look like the butterfly had written the senitment, so I used the dotted flower stem to make a butterfly trail continuing off the "Amazing".

Above:
Stamps: Thankful Blossoms (Verve Visual)
Paper: So Saffron, Real Red, Certainly Celery (Stampin' Up!); white (Papertrey Ink)
Ink: Distress Ink in Vintage Photo (Tim Holtz)
Accessories: Copic markers; Scallop square Nestability die; dimensionals; paper piercer; rhinestones

And now the simpler, serendipitous card which can be made with the same recipe:

Kim:

Spring is in the air! It has been the winteriest (is that a word?) Winter in Boise during the 10 years I've been here. Today we're finally seeing some signs of sun and Springtime, and this set fits right in! Matching card and gift-bag sets are great this time of year. They could be special Easter baskets, Mother's Day gifts, and Teacher's gifts.

Aside from this gorgeous butterfly, my favorite part of this set is the beautiful variety of sentiments. There are six, and the fonts are fabulous! You definitely won't want to miss these.

I am sooo excited about this release, cause I love this set! It's one that I feel was made just for me! Hey, a girl can dream, right?

These flowers were sooo easy to cut out, and the sentiment inked up with markers just beautifully! Usually that's a big task for clear stamps, but these are super high quality and perform past my expectations. You won't be disappointed!

Thanks for visiting us today! All 3 sets will be available to order tomorrow, March 1st, on the Verve site. And don't forget that you get free shipping on orders over $40...gotta love that!

I have really enjoyed seeing three different perspectives on each set this time. I hope you have a happy Friday!
